Artifacts are always challenge. Team building and education are especially difficult to show visually.

I can’t show the mentoring, Lunch & Learns, office hours or figma workshops. But I can show a few screens from some presentations. The team loves these, and I get consistently great feedback - I’m happy to quickly run through some of these these 1:1.
